Registries Development

To make the Registry functional and in compliance with the legal framework, the registry institution must be properly organized and staffed with qualified people, equipped with tools to record the information and execute transactions efficiently and securely as well as provide timely services to the register users according to international best practices. She is an experienced consultant and expert focused on public registers and corporate/company law, strategic planning and realization of advanced IT solutions related to public e-services. She brings our international clients her extensive experience and industry best practices.

Emmanuel Kakwezi

Emmanuel Kakwezi is a seasoned legal professional with expertise in Business registration, Company Law, and Intellectual Property. He was the former CEO of BRELA and has advised both government and private sectors. He played a significant role in modernizing and digitizing Tanzania’s business registry and has served on multiple boards. Emmanuel is an experienced African regional advisor who brings global best practices to the local context. Given his vast knowledge and expertise, he now serves as a Regional Strategic Advisor.

Håkon Olderbakk

Håkon Olderbakk is a consultant at HOCON, and he has worked as a senior adviser i the Director General’s staff at the Bronnoysund Register Centre for more than five years. His experience in developing business register systems spans over 30 years and most of those positions were related to ICT and development at the Bronnoysund Register Centre. Håkon Olderbakk is responsible for Strategic Development at NRD Companies Registries’ Competence Center.

Jurgita Ramanauskienė

Jurgita Ramanauskienė is a highly experienced Senior Project Manager at NRD Companies with 20+ years of ICT experience, specifically in the public sector and government digital transformation. Her primary expertise lies in digitising various registers. She has gained international and multicultural experience by working on e-Government projects worldwide.
