We are looking for a motivated, experienced Financial Controller to lead financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls for our growing team.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Work closely with the CFO, providing analysis and financial input for decision-making
- Act as a finance partner to business line leads, project managers and department heads
- Prepare group consolidation, and reporting package to the investment fund
- Develop and maintain internal management reporting, including further development of Power BI dashboards
- Perform project financial controlling and oversee key accounting areas, including revenue recognition, accruals and intercompany transactions
- Coordinate monthly closing process, ensuring effective collaboration between accounting and business stakeholders
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes ensuring consistency, accuracy and alignment across the Group
- Provide financial input and support during the audit process
- Identify and drive improvements in financial processes, data quality and reporting tools.
WHAT WE EXPECT:
- Proven experience in financial control, accounting, audit or finance roles
- Experience in project-based / IT services / consulting environments is a strong advantage
- Experience in group consolidation and reporting
- Solid understanding of management reporting, budgeting and financial control
- Experience with Power BI and strong Excel skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into business insights
- Proactive mindset with strong ownership and ability to drive change
- Comfortable working in a changing, developing environment
- Professional fluency in Lithuanian and English

Location: Our offices are conveniently located in Vilnius (Gynėjų 14).
Monthly salary (bruto): range 3800 – 4800 €/month. We are open to discuss different salary based on your competencies.
