We are seeking a highly motivated IT Solutions sales manager to join our team and drive sales for our innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and providing them with customized solutions to meet their unique needs.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Prospect and identify new business opportunities worldwide;
- Present our company’s solutions and capabilities to potential clients;
- Understand client‘s business needs and provide tailored solutions;
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of solutions to the client;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients;
- Coordinate overall pre-sale process;
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market dynamics.
WHAT WE EXPECT:
- Proven track record of successful solution sales experience;
- Excellent Lithuanian & English language proficiency
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills;
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively;
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment;
- Knowledge of GovTech and FinTech sectors is a plus;
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Business Management or related field.

Monthly salary (bruto): range 2800 – 3800 Eur (gross) depending on skills and experience.
