WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Communicate with clients to understand their business needs
- Analyze & systemize requirement specifications
- Coordinate and conduct the entire analysis process
- Scope & change management
- Prepare backlog for the team
WHAT WE EXPECT:
- Understanding of software & systems development
- Previous experience in IT Business / System Analysis (or similar role) at least 2-3 years
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Lithuanian and English.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking & planning skills
- Ability to work with solution modelling and data visualization tools (advantage)
- Requirement modelling skills (e.g. UML, BPMN, etc.)
- Ability to prioritize your work according to tight deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in IT, Mathematics, or Engineering)
- System Analyst certification (advantage)
