This role includes requirement analysis of enterprise-level e-government solution.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Communicate with clients to understand their business needs
- Analyze & systemize requirement specifications
- Coordinate and conduct the entire analysis process
- Manage scope & change
- Prepare backlog for the team
WHAT WE EXPECT:
- Understanding of software and systems development
- Being proactive communicator who excels at engaging with clients
- Previous experience in IT Business/System Analysis (or similar role) at least 2-3 years
- System Analyst certification
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Lithuanian
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and planning skills
- Ability to work with solution modeling and data visualization tools (advantage)
- Ability to prioritize your work according to tight deadlines
- Requirement modeling skills (e.g., UML, BPMN, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in IT, mathematics, or engineering)
