The main role for the Quality Assurance Specialist in our company is to ensure the testing process of the project, prepare user documentation and carry out training of end users.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Functional and non-functional web system testing.
- API testing.
- Report bugs and improvement ideas.
- Ensure system quality control based on project metrics.
- Write test plans, test cases and user documentation.
- Collaborate with the project development team to reach the project goals.
- Carry out training of end users.
- Consult our team and our customers.
WHAT WE EXPECT:
- High education in IT, mathematics is preferred.
- Excellent Lithuanian and English communication skills (spoken and written).
- 2-3 years of working experience in web application testing.
- Good SQL knowledge.
- Understanding of software & systems development.
- Experience in QA methodologies – ISTQB is a plus.
- Excellent communication, problem solving & critical thinking skills.
- Aiming for the best results for the team.

Monthly salary (brutto): A salary based on your competencies and experience € 2000 – 2900 Eur/month.
