MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

This role includes systems analysis, proposal writing, and bid management functions.

• Communicating with clients to understand their business needs and raised requirements in order to come up with an appropriate solution
• Analyzing & systemizing requirements specifications, data mapping, diagrams, flowcharts in order to present it to the internal team & customer
• Examining current systems and producing specifications for new or modified systems
• Translating highly technical specifications into the easy-to-understand way
• Coordinate the entire process of proposal development for public procurement ensuring that it complies with the company’s policies & customer requirements
• Adhering to proposal schedule deadlines

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• Strong understanding of software & systems development
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Lithuanian
• Previous experience in IT Proposal Writing or System Analysis (or similar role)
• Strong analytical, critical thinking & planning skills
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in IT, Mathematics, or Engineering)
• System Analyst certification (advantage)
• Ability to work with data modelling and data visualization tools (advantage)
• Requirements specification skills (eg UML, BPMN, use of tools MagicDraw, etc.)
• Ability to prioritize your work according to tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills

Location: Vilnius/Kaunas, but remote work is also possible.

Monthly salary (bruto): from 2200 €.

A salary based on your competencies and experience.
