ETRONIKA – part of NRD Companies is a forward-thinking FinTech company based in Lithuania, creating advanced e-tools for financial, retail, and governmental institutions around the world.

We are looking for a project manager to lead a development team and be responsible for projects delivery, related to our B2B clients based in Lithuania for whom you will be the main point of contact at ETRONIKA.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements;
• Creating and implementing project definitions, schedules, budgets, and objectives for one or more IT projects;
• Managing change, risk and resources across projects;
• Managing relationship with vendors, contractors and other parties by acting as the central point of contact;
• Managing workload of the development team;
• Providing reports and documentation on project stage and progress to project stakeholders;
• Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
• Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget;
• Taking ownership and full responsibility for projects success and achieving the goals;

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

• University degree in IT (preferred) or business management/analytics;
• At least 5+ years of project management experience (previous experience in leading software development projects is considered as an advantage);
• Knowledge of one or more project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
• Project management qualification (PMP, PRINCE2, CompTIA Project+) or equivalent is considered as an advantage;
• Excellent Lithuanian language proficiency & fluent communication in English;
• Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills;
• Technical understanding of how software works;
• Progressive understanding of the concept of leadership;

Salary: 3800-5000 Eur gross, however we are open to discuss different salary based on your skills & competences.
