WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Communicating with clients to understand their business needs and raised requirements to come up with an appropriate solution
- Analyzing & systemizing requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, flowcharts to present it to the internal team & customer
- Examining current systems and producing specifications for new or modified systems
- Scope & change management
- Own the product vision and roadmap for the banking software portfolio with inputs from internal and external stakeholders
WHAT WE EXPECT:
- Understanding of software & systems development
- Previous experience in IT System Analysis (or similar role) at least 3 years
- Strong analytical, critical thinking & planning skills
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in IT, Mathematics, or Engineering)
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Lithuanian
- Ability to sketch or prototype new functionalities using tools like Sketch, Axure, Figma etc.

Location: Vilnius/Kaunas, but remote work is also possible.
Monthly salary: 2500 – 4100 € (bruto). We are open to discuss different salary based on your competencies.
