To contribute to international consulting projects supporting the digital transformation of public-sector institutions. The role focuses on understanding institutional needs and the public-sector context, developing practical recommendations and supporting clients through transformation. Project coordination forms part of effective delivery.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Contribute as a consultant to digital transformation projects throughout their lifecycle, from proposal preparation and analysis to the delivery of final results.
- Analyse institutional contexts, governance arrangements, processes, services, systems and stakeholder needs, taking into account the specific characteristics of public-sector transformation.
- Support the preparation of assessments, strategies, roadmaps, methodologies, reports and presentations.
- Support client consultations, interviews, workshops and other stakeholder engagement activities.
- Coordinate the project activities and expert inputs needed for effective delivery, including deadlines, deliverables and follow-up actions.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and information in internal project management and accounting systems.
- Contribute to business process analysis, change management and the identification of opportunities for AI-enabled transformation.
- Perform other consulting and project delivery tasks according to project and team needs.
WHAT WE EXPECT:
- Master’s degree in social sciences, public administration, public policy, business, management, economics, information technology or another relevant field.
- Understanding of public-sector institutions and the governance, organisational and stakeholder context of government digital transformation.
- Practical experience contributing to consulting, analytical, advisory or transformation projects.
- Practical experience in project management or project coordination.
- Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prepare clear and well-structured professional documents in English, with excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with clients, experts and colleagues from different professional and cultural backgrounds.
- Proactive, reliable and flexible approach, with attention to detail, consistent follow-through and willingness to take different roles depending on project needs.
- Advantages
