We are looking for a colleague with a system analyst and developer mindset. We expect that you will be able to both specify the requirements for the system and develop it yourself with a little help of programmers. For that you will use our strategic low-code platform dedicated for building electronic services and automate other business processes.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Create system requirements documentation utilizing techniques like BPMN workflows, UML diagrams, and IT business rules.
• Model executable business processes using BPMN notation.
• Create document templates with MS Word’s MergeFields functionality or the Formpipe Lasernet utility.
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences, both orally and in writing.
• Ensure good user experience.
  

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• 3-5 years of programming or system analysis expertise.
• knowledge of the lifecycle of software development.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical reasoning.
• Proficiency in creating process flow diagrams, use case models, and functional and non-functional requirements.
• Experience and knowledge of BPMN, DMN, XPATH, JSON, and XLM would be greatly beneficial.
• Basic JavaScript expertise would be useful.
• Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English (both written and spoken).
• Team player with an adaptive approach.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Monthly salary: 3500 – 4800 € (bruto). We are open to discuss different salary based on your competencies.
