As part of our ongoing commitment to innovation and growth, we are excited to announce that ETRONIKA’s brand is now being seamlessly integrated into the NRD Companies brand (currently 94% of ETRONIKA’s shares have been acquired by Norway Registers Development AS owned by NRD Companies AS, a holding group).  

This integration doesn’t constitute a merger of companies. ETRONIKA, as a legal entity, will continue to operate under its existing name, leadership, and with the same dedicated employees. However, beginning on October 25, 2023, all ETRONIKA products will be presented under the unified NRD Companies brand, while retaining their current product names. This significant milestone in our journey allows us to leverage the collective strengths of both ETRONIKA and NRD Companies, ensuring a seamless experience for our valued customers.

With this integration, you can expect a further scaling of ETRONIKA’s product and development services, all under the NRD Companies brand.
