September 10th, 2026 Vilnius, Lithuania – NRD Companies, a global software development and consulting group specializing in Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI), GovTech and FinTech solutions, today announced record financial results for 2025, reflecting growing international demand for mission-critical digital infrastructure across governments, financial institutions and regulated industries.
The Group generated €11.9 million in consolidated revenue, representing 20% year-on-year growth compared to €9.9 million in 2024, while EBITDA increased to €1.9 million from €1.2 million. The results continue NRD Companies’ strong multi-year growth trajectory, with revenue growing at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 17% and EBITDA at a CAGR of 59% between FY2021 and FY2025. This performance reflects the successful execution of the Group’s strategy to scale proprietary software platforms, expand repeatable revenue, and deepen long-term partnerships with governments, financial institutions, the private sector, and international development organizations.
“Digital Public Infrastructure is becoming one of the defining investment priorities for governments worldwide. We believe NRD Companies is uniquely positioned to support this transformation through our proprietary technology platforms, deep advisory expertise, and more than three decades of implementation experience. The results we achieved in 2025 reflect both the strength of our business model and the long-term opportunities ahead,” said Mindaugas Glodas, CEO of NRD Companies.
Building the digital foundations of modern economies
NRD Companies develops and modernizes the digital infrastructure that governments, financial institutions, utilities, retailers and other regulated industries rely on to operate. Its proprietary solutions support national registries, tax administration, digital identity, digital banking, lending, licensing, citizen services and customer experience platforms.
Digital Public Infrastructure has become a strategic priority for governments seeking to strengthen economic resilience, improve public services and accelerate digital transformation. At the same time, financial institutions and regulated industries continue investing in secure digital platforms to improve customer experience, operational resilience and regulatory compliance.
While these foundational systems already exist in most countries, they require continuous modernization to address artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, digital wallets, interoperability, and evolving regulatory requirements. This creates a continuous cycle of innovation, modernization and long-term support rather than one-off implementation projects.
According to the World Economic Forum, the global GovTech market is expected to exceed US$1.4 trillion by 2034, driven by accelerating investment in Digital Public Infrastructure.
This structural trend is reflected in NRD Companies’ business model. Approximately 85% of 2025 revenue was generated from existing customers, while 63% of forecast 2026 revenue was already secured through signed contracts and ongoing multi-year programmes before the start of the financial year.
A year of strategic execution
During 2025, NRD Companies significantly strengthened its long-term growth platform.
A major milestone was the establishment of NRD Digital, consolidating the Group’s technology capabilities and expanding its software engineering capacity to deliver increasingly complex digital transformation programmes.
The company also expanded its proprietary portfolio with three new products – REGSUP©, SOCREG©, and UCXP© – while its flagship Unified Registry Platform (URP©) achieved GovStack certification, reinforcing its international competitiveness as a Digital Public Infrastructure building block.
Throughout the year, NRD Companies successfully delivered 26 projects across 25 countries, launched 8 new projects, and completed 9 strategic engagements. Key implementations included digital civil registration platform in Belize, electronic business registry in Laos, virtual fiscalization system in Zimbabwe, e-Invoicing solution in Lesotho, the self-service portal “Mano Muitinė” customs platform in Lithuania, digital transformation initiatives in Kiribati, Seychelles, and Palestine, the Pan-American Highway for Digital Health for the Inter-American Development Bank, and projects in Burundi, Mauritius, Maldives, Cayman Islands, and others.
The Group continued strengthening its international profile by participating in 24 international conferences, publishing 44 thought leadership articles, engaging governments and development partners across 112 countries, and maintaining relationships with 294 prospective clients and strategic partners.
NRD Companies’ expertise also received international recognition. Belize’s Secured Transactions and Collateral Registry received the Corporate Registers Forum 2025 Innovation Award, while overall customer satisfaction increased to 8.77 out of 10, representing a 7% improvement compared to 2024.
Looking Ahead
NRD Companies entered 2026 with strong business momentum, a diversified international portfolio, and high revenue visibility. The Group remains focused on expanding its proprietary software platforms, increasing repeatable revenue through long-term customer relationships, and supporting governments, financial institutions, and regulated industries in modernizing their critical digital infrastructure.
With global investment in Digital Public Infrastructure continuing to accelerate and 63% of forecast 2026 revenue already secured before the start of the financial year, NRD Companies believes it is well positioned to continue delivering sustainable growth while creating long-term value for customers and shareholders.
